At the Ross County Court House in Chillicothe, Ohio find the stone in the wall, "A stone from Ohio's first capitol". With your back facing this stone use a compass, and find the heading to the location 193deg. 0.53 miles. From here you can see the flag waving up HIGH on a windy day. Go to this flagpole.
